Ethics and ESG

WYNTRA PHARMACEUTICALS and its subsidiaries (“we/us”) are committed to conducting our business using the highest ethical behaviour. 

As part of our ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) strategy, we take our commitment to the environment and sustainability seriously. We demand the same commitment from our business partners, choosing those partners who operate in an ethical manner and share our ESG ethos and commitment. 

We are committed to operating in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the following:

· human rights and the prevention of modern slavery (see our statement below).

· anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws; 

· anti-trust and competition laws;

· data protection laws and EU GDPR;

· laws to prevent the avoidance of tax; and 

· sanctions laws. 

As regards human rights and the prevention of modern slavery, WYNTRA PHARMACEUTICALS is committed to supporting and respecting the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights.

As part of our commitment to preventing acts of modern slavery, under-age working and human trafficking from occurring within both our business and our supply chain, and conducting our business with honesty and integrity, we expect the same high ethical standards from the Wyntra Team and Business Partners. Our responsibility in this area includes creating awareness and understanding of human rights and employment practices. These principles are incorporated into our Code of Conduct, strategy, policies and procedures, and by continuing to uphold our values, we reinforce our responsibility to our people and our environment. 

We review our policies and procedures on an ongoing basis to ensure we continue to meet and uphold these ethical standards. We educate, inform and engage in dialogue with employees and partners to ensure all those covered by this position are aware of our expectations and their responsibilities. We acknowledge the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work as a guiding reference for our policies and approach to human rights. 

We continue in our commitment to support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights. We support and uphold the elimination of all forms of forced or compulsory labour, and the effective abolition of child labour. Maintaining the highest moral and ethical standards in relation to worker practices is a key priority for WYNTRA PHARMACEUTICALS.

We value openness and transparency, and have established a ‘whistle-blowing’ policy and philosophy, to encourage each member of the Wyntra Team to speak up and voice any concerns about misconduct. This policy applies to the entire Wyntra Team (employees, directors, officers, agents and consultants). It applies to the reporting of suspected or actual breaches, as well as the reporting of ethical concerns.
